Hey there, Seekers!
I used to call these exercises "coaching exercises," but I'm switching it up to "self-reflection exercises," since the idea is for you to gain insights that you can apply to your life. I really hope you're making self-reflection a regular part of your routine. You don't need a bunch of time for it; I usually do mine during coffee breaks, which is why I sometimes call them "coffee contemplation sessions." Other times, I do my self-reflection while walking because moving around helps to loosen up the mind. Just do what works for you, but be sure to give it a try!
For today's self-reflection exercise, let's do this:
Think about how many minutes you may have left in your life and jot down your best guess.
Now, ask yourself if you're using those minutes wisely, intentionally, and in a way that makes you happy and leaves you feeling fulfilled. If not, what changes would you need to make to get there?
And remember, good people:
Enjoy the rest of your day. And do let me know your thoughts on this self-reflection exercise.
Think deeper; Live better,
Clay
In order to do this, I have sketched out a timeline have started to populate my life to date with what I see as my key influences and milestones. For the rest of my mortal time I have put some bullet points.
I hope to have around 14 million minutes or probably more tangible is 9,828 days.
