What do you think it takes to be happy?
let us count the ways
Hi There!
Today’s episode is a little long. I got carried away thinking about what it takes to be happy.
I did ask this question in the chat thread yesterday, but I wanted to share my thoughts here based on what I’ve been reading this week.
I started re-reading Mark Vernon’s book on wellbeing, and he got me thinking about happiness.
I enjoyed making this episode. I had a few lightbulb moments that took me by surprise.
Side note: I spend waaay too much time talking to myself. And now I’m starting to answer myself too. So, look out!
As I said, this is a long episode, so you might want to listen to it on your commute or while you're out walking or doing your chores!
OK. Enough chatter. Here’s the episode. Enjoy.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on happiness. Comment on this post. Or, better yet, use the chat thread I started for this question.
