Coaching Exercise #2
Listen to the audio and jot down 20 words that describe you, without overthinking or filtering. Then, label each word as positive (P) or negative (N).
Afterwards, reflect on why you believe these things to be true and ask yourself if they're really true. Challenge any negative beliefs that aren't benefiting you.
